Shipping Policy

Flat Rate Shipping

We have a flat rate shipping of $12 per order with exception to orders that are larger in size and are deemed FREIGHT.

Expedited Shipping

Diabetes Supply Online can provide premium shipping services including Next Business Day, Second Business Day and Third Business Day. Charges for shipping services other than Ground will be added to the invoice. All packages are shipped via FedEx, including the flat rate option.

Same Day Shipping

Online Diabetes Supply offers same-day shipping. Orders placed before 4:30 p.m. EST (3:30 p.m. in all other time zones) will be shipped the same day.

Freight

Freight shipped products are usually larger items. These items will have a ship cost based on weight of the product being shipped.
